Reimbursement, Funding, and Vendor Information
ADE will continue accepting reimbursement receipts until June 30, 2025 for ALL ELIGIBLE ITEMS. (upcoming deadline!) Please help us to expedite the approval process by adhering to guidelines for eligible purchases. A list of eligible expenses is here.
We have also made the decision to allow vendors to use their own invoices in an effort to help expedite the approval and payment process.
Families who have an existing EFA account for the 2024-2025 (current academic year) and have remaining funds can use those funds to pay for services provided in the summer, curriculum for the upcoming school year, etc.
ALL purchases with 2024 – 2025 EFA funds MUST be submitted in ClassWallet no later than June 30, 2025. This includes ANY orders through DirectPay or Marketplace as well as any requests for reimbursement.
After July 1, families approved for the EFA program in the 24-25 school year may submit a reimbursement request for the specific categories listed below:
Registration fees
Curriculum
Tuition to reserve a spot in a class
Your reimbursement request may not be approved, if it is not in one of the eligible
categories listed above. Please help us to expedite the approval process by adhering to
the guidelines for eligible purchases.
Families who will be NEW in 2025 – 2026 CANNOT be reimbursed for items purchased prior to July 1, 2025 (the first day of the 25 – 26 fiscal year for EFA).
We do not yet know what will be eligible for reimbursement in the 2025 – 2026 academic year. The first distribution of funds for 2025 – 2026 will be in mid to late August; specific distribution dates will be determined later this year.
