Pre-approvals are moving to a new tool
We’re moving EFA pre-approval requests to a new form designed to help families get clear decisions faster. To make the switch, the current pre-approval form will close Friday, October 23.
Have a request waiting? Watch your email. Our office will contact you directly with next steps early next week.
Planning a new request? We will let you know when the new pre-approval form re-opens to all families. We anticipate this being available in the next week or two.

Q2 Funding Next Week
Q2 funding is scheduled for next Thursday, October 29th. A couple quick reminders about funding day:
Funds will not necessarily be available first thing in the morning. If you wake up early and don't see them, no need to panic. Funding takes time but will be completed by the end of the day.
If you log into ClassWallet that day, there might be a message that your purse is suspended. This is normal and temporary and should clear up after ClassWallet has completed the funding process.
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
· Reimbursement - 9/18
· Direct Pay - 9/18
· Marketplace - 9/10
· Payment Requests - 10/8
· Pre-approvals - 9/2
