We are all learning this together. Vendors need as much access to information as possible just like parent do! Any information or resources we can supply to help YOU the vendors support our community we are here to help!

Now when you use the invoice template provided by ADE this link takes you to an uneditable template. You go to the top left and select FILE then select MAKE A COPY and you can then edit the copy and save it to send to the parent.

There has been some confusion when setting up classwallet for many vendors. It does pose a significant barrier to providing proper access to your information to the students. There are many boxes on the Profile page in vendor settings. The way things are worded most assume everything on that page is visible on the parent side. Only one of the boxes actually shows up for parents to view.

If you verify that ALL important information such as website, phone, email address and any specific steps for obtaining the direct pay invoice are all in this box then all of the parents will be able to see it.

There is also a box that turns on and off your public profile view. Some have accidentally turned this off so every so often just double check that has not occurred.
