Sour dough restart week 3

Today marked week three of the restart. The first go did not GO the way it was meant to. So, she rebooted. This starter is progressing better. We are hopeful for some bread soon.

Korah says it’s at the stage now to only be fed once a day. It apparently started out doughy and sticky, but she says it’s kind of liquidy now, is that even a word?

She says its normal though. She is following the class instruction so I’m taking her word for it. This is her project, so fingers crossed lol. As long as her symbiont here doesn’t wiggle its way into any part of my house it should not, she is free to feed it how she sees fit.

Looks like it’s a happy little jar of goo. She is doing the yearlong Sour Dough bread course with Baketivity. So far so good. We had to grab flour but the rest comes in the monthly boxes.
