Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
Reimbursement - 3/17
Direct Pay - 3/25
Marketplace - 4/2
Pre-approvals - 4/19
If you have a submission from before these dates that has not yet been reviewed, it is likely being given closer consideration. Feel free to reach out to ADE if you have submissions from before these dates.
How do I submit test scores?
We will be sending out information on how to submit your test scores later this spring - likely in late May or early June. If you have your student's test scores, just hang on to those until you receive the upload instructions from our office.
My student IS NOT returning to the program next year. What is the last day I can submit an expense?
You can submit requests in ClassWallet through June 30th. We encourage you to submit any outstanding expenses well before that date, so if there is an issue, you will have time to resubmit. Your EFA funds will not be available for use after June 30th.
My student IS returning next year. Does the same June 30th deadline apply to me?
No. The ClassWallet portal will be closed temporarily starting July 1 to allow for the rollover to the 2026-27 school year. Any unused funds that qualify will roll over to your student's 26-27 purse and will be available for use when the ClassWallet portal reopens.
How do I know the status of my student's application for next year?
If your student will be a new participant in the program next year, you can log into your application here at any time and check the status of your application.
If your student is a returning student, you can verify that you completed the renewal survey by clicking the blue "Renewal Survey" button in your ClassWallet dashboard.
If you have completed the survey for your student, you will receive a thank you message.
If you have not completed the survey, the button will take you to the survey to complete.
