Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
· Reimbursement - 5/5
· Direct Pay - Up to date
· Marketplace - Up to date
· Pre-approvals - 6/16
If you have a submission from before these dates that has not yet been reviewed, it is likely being given closer consideration. Feel free to reach out to ADE if you have submissions from before these dates.
Editing Orders in ClassWallet
While ClassWallet is currently closed to submissions for the month of July, it is possible to add documentation to orders that have not been approved or denied yet. Just follow these steps:
Go to your ClassWallet dashboard and click on Manage Orders.
You will see a list of your submissions. Click on the one you want to update.
Click on the Manage Documentation button.
From here you can drag files onto the screen to attach them or click Browse Files to search your computer for the documentation.
Click Save.
If you think your previous submission might benefit from additional documentation, you may want to submit it using the above steps before it is reviewed. Here are some situations in which it would be recommended to add additional documentation:
For submissions where the confirmation of payment isn't clearly stated on the receipt, it would be helpful to upload additional documentation to confirm that a payment was made.
For mileage reimbursements, if you didn't include a screenshot of the GPS route to verify the distance listed on the mileage form, you'll want to add that.
If your expense is required for a specific course or curriculum and you didn't include documentation to show that, uploading that would aid us in reviewing your expense.
