Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
· Reimbursement - 5/20*
· Direct Pay - Up to date
· Marketplace - Up to date
· Pre-approvals - 6/16
If you have a submission from before these dates that has not yet been reviewed, it is likely being given closer consideration. Feel free to reach out to ADE if you have submissions from before these dates.
*Please Note: We have been reviewing some submissions based on category, so a lot has already been reviewed after this 5/20 date. We should be making quick progress with the remaining orders.
ClassWallet Purses Temporarily Closed
ClassWallet purses are currently closed to prepare for the transition to the new school year. This is why all purses currently show a $0 balance. Any eligible rollover funds will be available when ClassWallet purses reopen on August 3rd.
We know many of you have orders that you are eager to resubmit, and we want to help you as much as we can, but this is unfortunately not possible at this time. You will be able to resubmit orders when ClassWallet reopens purses in August.
EFA Parent Webinars
ClassWallet will be hosting three upcoming webinars for new and returning EFA families. We encourage everyone to take part in one of the webinars as there will be both old and new information.
They will be hosted on the following dates:
July 29th
August 19th
September 1st
If you are unable to make any of these dates, the webinars will be recorded and available to watch afterwards.
Times, links, and other details will be coming from ClassWallet soon, so please keep an eye out for emails from them in the next couple of weeks.
