ClassWallet Accounts Reopening

ClassWallet was closed for the month of July to allow the program to transition to the 2026-27 school year, but accounts will be reopening on Monday, August 3rd. New students will also receive an invitation to onboard into ClassWallet at that time.

If you have rollover funds, you will still see a $0 balance until you sign the affidavit. It will show up as a blue button under your balance. New students and those without rollover funds will not be able to sign the affidavit until they receive funds for Q1 disbursement.

Enrollment Verification

After ClassWallet reopens on August 3rd, it will be time to start enrollment verification for the new year. It will be very similar to last year. You can manage linking on your ClassWallet dashboard, but if your student is already linked to the correct school, you are good to go. Homeschool families and micro school families will still need to link to the vendor called "Homeschool - DO NOT PAY".

This guide will walk you through what that will look like: Vendor Linking Demonstration. (This demonstration will not perform the linking. You will still need to complete the steps in your own ClassWallet account.)

The only difference in enrollment verification this year is that your school will need to verify the linking on their end. This linking verification by the school or vendor will not be required to make payments to that vendor but will only be required for enrollment verification purposes.

New Universal Support Number

We have a new universal support number that can direct your phone call depending on your need: (877) 959-5176. Please call this number for any EFA or ClassWallet related questions.

If you are trying to update information on your ClassWallet account, your steps will differ depending on what you need to update. For any pieces that you are not able to update on your own, please use the phone number above to reach the desired office.

  • Grade Level - This can be updated in ClassWallet on your own under your student's profile. Please make sure to update your EFA application (at arkansasefa.com) and your NOI to match.

  • Address - This will need to be updated by ClassWallet. Please reach out to their customer support team at help@classwallet.com or using the universal support phone number. Please also reach out to the FACTS team to update this on your application. Residency documentation may be required to complete this change.

  • Email address - This can only be updated by EFA. Please contact us using your email address or phone number on your EFA application at ade.efa@ade.arkansas.gov or through the universal support number. You will want to update your EFA application at arkansasefa.com to match.

  • School - If your student will be attending a different school than you selected on their application or renewal survey, this does NOT need to be updated. For enrollment purposes, only the school your child is linked to matters. This means the school listed under your child's ClassWallet profile might be incorrect. That is okay. It won't affect anything.

For any other changes, please email the EFA email or call the EFA universal support line.

We are always happy to be serving you. Have a great rest of your week!

Best,

The EFA Team
