Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
Reimbursement - 4/24
Direct Pay - 6/8
Marketplace - 6/18
Pre-approvals - 6/16 (with a few before this date pending for further review)
If you have a submission from before these dates that has not yet been reviewed, it is likely being given closer consideration. Feel free to reach out to ADE if you have submissions from before these dates.
Test Results Submission
We are continuing to accept test submissions. For those who have already tested but are waiting to receive your results, please submit your results as soon as they are available.

ClassWallet Access in July
Starting July 1st, ClassWallet will be closed to new submissions until August 3rd. However, you will be able to log into your account, view past orders, and add documentation to pending submissions. We will reach out if more documentation is needed for a review.
Pre-approval Forms This Year and Next
2025-26 unused pre-approval forms from students currently participating in the EFA program will be accepted in the new school year through the end of August.
Pre-approval requests submitted July 1st or later will not be limited by this August deadline.
Pre-approvals submitted before July 1st by students who were not participating in the 2025-26 school year will not be accepted.
Because ClassWallet will be closed for new submissions in July, we will not be prioritizing reviewing pre-approval requests at that time.
Any reimbursement, direct pay, or marketplace orders in ClassWallet submitted after ClassWallet reopens for the new school year will count towards 2026-27 spending limits, even if accompanied by a 2025-26 pre-approval form.
New EFA Rules
We are currently working diligently to wrap up the current school year, but we are also working on communication to clearly lay out how the new program rules will affect families participating in the program next year. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to close out the current year smoothly. We will reach out later this summer with more information regarding these new rules and the changes they will bring next year.
