Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:
Current queue dates
We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:
Reimbursement - 4/21
Direct Pay - 5/27
Marketplace - 6/6
Pre-approvals - 6/4
If you have a submission from before these dates that has not yet been reviewed, it is likely being given closer consideration. Feel free to reach out to ADE if you have submissions from before these dates.
ClassWallet Shutdown
Please remember that June 30th will be the last day to submit orders in ClassWallet. Anything not submitted by that time will have to be submitted when ClassWallet reopens a few weeks later. Students who are not returning to the program will not have an opportunity to resubmit after this date.
This does NOT mean that pending submissions as of July 1st will not get reviewed. ClassWallet is closing for families but not for us. We will diligently continue to work through the queue in July until all of your submissions have been reviewed.
New EFA Rules
With changes in EFA rules coming for the 2026-27 school year, we know a lot of you are wondering how this will affect your experience in the program. We are currently preparing communication to give you the clearest and most helpful update so you can you know how to prepare for any upcoming changes from the new rules. Thank you for your patience in the meantime while we prepare to give you the best answers possible.
