EFA weekly Email

Happy Thursday! Here is your weekly EFA program update:

ClassWallet Training

ClassWallet will be offering webinars for both new and returning families. The next session is scheduled for August 19, 2026. We encourage all families to attend as a refresher, especially with new updates coming soon!

Enrollment Verification and Funding

For students to receive their first disbursement of funds on the scheduled date of August 20th, all parents need to complete the enrollment verification process for each student.

Here are some steps for enrollment verification:

Private School Students

Once your ClassWallet account is active, link your student to the private school they will attend.

Homeschool Students

  1. Submit a Notice of Intent to Homeschool (NOI) for the 2026-2027 school year: http://noihs.ade.arkansas.gov/. Make sure to enter your students social security on their NOI, and make sure it matches their EFA application.

  2. In ClassWallet, link to: Homeschool - Do Not Pay in Little Rock.

Microschool Students

  1. Submit a Notice of Intent to Homeschool (NOI): http://noihs.ade.arkansas.gov/

  2. In ClassWallet, link to: Homeschool - Do Not Pay in Little Rock and to the Microschool.

Students Changing Schools

If your student will attend a different school this year:

  1. Unlink from the previous school.

  2. Link to the new school.

Affidavit

Families who had eligible rollover funds from last year will see an Affidavit button appear in ClassWallet, allowing them to accept those funds. For students who did not have rollover funds, the Affidavit button will appear on the scheduled date of the first disbursement, August 20th. Please be sure to read and sign the affidavit in order to receive funds. We kindly ask for your patience as this button appears.

Rollover Funds

For those who were expecting rollover funds but didn't receive them, we will be issuing a second batch in the next week. If you submitted testing (or were exempt) and selected that your student was returning on the renewal survey, then you should receive rollover funds.

If you still do not receive rollover funds in the next week, then it is probably because we are missing test results or a renewal survey for your student or your student spent all of their funds last year. If you haven't received rollover funds by mid next week and you believe this is in error, please reach out to our main email at ade.efa@ade.arkansas.gov.

Current queue dates

We are currently reviewing submissions from the following dates:

·  Reimbursement - 8/4

·  Direct Pay - 8/4

·  Marketplace - 8/8

·  Payment Requests - 8/11

·  Pre-approvals - 7/7

We are always happy to be serving you!

Best,

The EFA Team
