Sourdough has started

Korah has nearly completed month 1 of sourdough. Her second month kit just arrived and will be opened tomorrow. She has alarms set and feeds this little monstrosity with sheer excitement every 12 hours. also - do not be like me… if your teen says hey smell this, die first… simply die. DO NOT i repeat do NOT breathe….

She is using the Sourdough course from Baketivity, You do grab your own bags of wheat and bread flour while at the grocery but everything else is supplied.
